Our corporate office is located at Malad (W), Mumbai- the commercial capital of India. It enables us to connect well nationally as well as internationally. All our Technical (Engineering & Design) and Commercial activities are being handled
here at our corporate office.
We have our state-of-the-art manufacturing and fabrication workshop at (Plot Nos. 1504, 1505, 1506) Phase III, GIDC, Umbergaon, Dist-Valsad, Gujarat (at the border of Gujarat and Maharashtra). Our workshop is:
- Connected with National Highway NH - 8
- Very well connected via rail and road
- Govt. of Gujarat has declared a port at Umbergaon and its work is under progress. It shall be connected via sea as well in near future.
In our endeavor, we have established state-of-the-art fabrication workshop with
- 5000 sq. ft. environmentally isolated clean room equipped with all facilities for fabrication of equipment with exotic material.
- 70000 sq.ft. covered floor capacity with multiple bays. Each bay is equipped with multiple EOT cranes to fabricate multiple number of equipment simultaneously (approximate 40 to 80 number of equipment depending on its size). At any point
of time, more than 50 nos. hydro tests and more than 80 nos. of welders can work.
- Open space of more than 200,000 sq. ft. (three sides open) to handle major equipment is ready for development.
- Surveillance cameras are installed at our workshop enabling our valued clients, consultants and Inspectors/Surveyors to monitor and control the progress of their job on real time basis from their respective office. It will also save valuable
time of all personnel and faster resolution will enable faster job completion.
Execution capacity at present at our plant for single equipment is:
- Diameter: upto 10 mtr.
- Length: upto 47 mtr.
- Weight: upto 300 tons
- Lifting Capacity : Multiples of 100 tons
- 5, 10, 25, 50 Tons under hook (multiples)
- CNC M/C for Drilling Tube Sheets (Tie-up with M/s. Saini Engineering)–Tubesheet upto 2 mtr. diameter, 9.2 tons weight and 350 mm Thickness
