Panchal, Gemini Engi-Fab Private Limited has the experience that span over Four decades in manufacturing and fabricating custom-made Process Equipment and Process Units that not just meet, but surpass the requirement of our esteemed clients, consultants and inspection agencies. Abiding by the philosophy of “dare to dream & learn to excel”, we have delivered over 1110+ Fabricating Process Equipment and Units to 26 clients across all major sectors, nationally as well as internationally.

Founding Year
Inception of Gemini Engi-Fab Pvt. Ltd., marking the beginning of our journey in the manufacturing sector.
Foundation Building
Commenced manufacturing of non-pressure equipment, establishing a strong foundation in fabrication in Andheri Mumbai.
Infrastructure Development
Acquired 1 acre of land and set up Plant 1, transitioning into a full-fledged manufacturing facility.
Global Certification Milestone
Achieved multiple global certifications, including:

Dalpatram J. Panchal
Founder & Executive Chairman
He laid the foundation of Gemini Engi-Fab in the year 1982. A Mechanical Engineer with over 50 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of fabrication business, his expertise cannot be unchallenged. He is the Executive Chairman of the Company and masters all the intricate techniques and subtle nuances of this business.
Board of Directors
A Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering, he began his professional journey at the age of 22 within the technical department of the company. With over 23 years of extensive industry experience, he now plays a pivotal role in overseeing design, execution, and all technical interactions with clients.
His dedication to excellence is further reflected in his active involvement in the Quality Movement, where he has been instrumental in leading the company to secure prestigious quality certifications, including ISO, U-Stamp, and ASME. His leadership continues to drive the organization toward innovation and global standards.
Ashish Panchal
Director Technical
An entrepreneur at heart, he embarked on his professional journey at the age of 18 specializing in Finance and Marketing.
With over 35+ years of experience in the industry, he currently leads the Finance and Marketing functions at Gemini Engi-Fab.
Under his visionary mentorship, the company has cultivated and sustained strong, long-standing relationships with several esteemed clients, including HPCL, BPCL, RCF, GACL, GNFC, IOCL, Haldia Petrochemicals, RIC, and many others.
His strategic guidance continues to be a cornerstone of our growth and success.
Rakesh Panchal
Managing Director
He began his career at the young age of 18, gaining in-depth, hands-on experience on the shop floor and developing a strong foundation in the fabrication industry. With over 27+ years of experience, he has played a vital role in project execution across various scales. Today, he leads the factory's Production Management and Project Execution functions, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. His practical expertise and commitment to excellence are integral to the company’s ongoing success.
